CDR - Concept Design Review


A formal group review to evaluate and insure that the proper ideas have been chosen and that they can be achieved using all the customer specification, design or process design requirements, company initiative, customer requirements, federal standards and the like.

Use at the start of a six sigma project whereas the end of the project should conclude with a PPDR, (post production design review).
