SigmaLookup is used to
make six
sigma Calculations via an automated Six Sigma look-up table that
also allows for conversation from one unit to another.
This is our free stand-alone DPMO/PPM look-up table
replacement software calculator for Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP/ME that sits
on your desktop. It is also available for purchase for your company to

It replaces the six sigma look-up table to allow you
to calculate Defects
Per Opportunity, (DPO), Defects
Per Million Opportunities, (DPMO/PPM), Yield,
Cp
and Cpk, (process capability), and Sigma.
It uses an industry standard lookup table to do this. It also allows you
to convert Cpk, Sigma, DPMO, and or Yield into other units using the same
table. It is written in VISUALBasic 5. Use it for training or just a quick
calculation.
It is free because it
splashes a banner in the application. (see below) It does not send out
data from your computer, it only displays banners in the software. No
pop-ups and no spying. We wouldn't be in business very long if we did
that.
This program REQUIRES
you to have Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 4.x or higher installed
because it uses some of the components of Internet Explorer to check for
updates.
It is more than twice as accurate as the web based
free script
program we have here.
To use it:
It pops up a new window with each result
calculation.
The copy button will copy the results into the
clipboard and will paste into Word or Excel, or any other program
with a paste button.
